# List users

> Returns the list of all the platform's users (excluding admin accounts). Only accessible with the admin role.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Requires an active session with the `admin` role. The JWT is read from the cookie
> `access_token_cookie`.

## Response

**success** `boolean`

`true` if the operation succeeded.

**data** `object[]`

List of users.

**properties of each user**

**id** `string`

ROR identifier of the user's institution.

**email** `string`

Email address.

**institution** `string`

Name of the institution.

**role** `string`

User's role.

**is\_active** `boolean`

Whether the account is active.
