# Scimago quartile per year

> Scimago quartile of the source in each available year.

Scimago quartile of the source in each available year. Chart type: **Bar**.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Unlike the other bar indicators, the Y axis holds the quartile as a text
> string (`"Q1"`, `"Q2"`, `"Q3"`, `"Q4"` or `"Sin cuartil"`), not a
> numeric value.

## Parameters

**source\_id** `string` *required*

Source identifier.

**plot** `string` *required*

Must be `annual_scimago_quartile`.

## Response

**plot** `object[]`

List of chart points, sorted by ascending year.

**properties of each point**

**x** `integer`

Year.

**y** `string`

Scimago quartile of the source in that year: `"Q1"`, `"Q2"`, `"Q3"`, `"Q4"`,
or `"Sin cuartil"` (no quartile) when no classification is available.
