# Log out

> Ends the session by deleting the client's JWT cookie.

> [!NOTE]
>
> It needs no body and no token in the request body. The
> `access_token_cookie` cookie is deleted in the response.

## Response

**success** `boolean`

Always `true` when logging out succeeds.

**msg** `string`

Confirmation message.
